I earned my dental hygiene degree in 1998, following a 10-year career in accounting. I have been active in continuing education, founding and presiding over a dental hygiene study club in the Renton area. Since 1991 I have worked on a PT basis for Burkhart Dental as a dental consultant/coach helping other dental practices put patient-centered systems into place. The ability to interact with patients while continually focusing on providing exemplary care is my goal and I’m fortunate to work with Dr. Chen who supports and shares in those goals!

I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Applied Science from Seattle Central College in 2016. While I love dental hygiene, if I wasn’t a dental hygienist I would be an interior designer! In my free time I enjoy hiking, reading, traveling, time with family and friends and volunteering at our church.

My dental journey with Kathy and Dr. Chen started in 2000. I am grateful to have worked alongside them for so mamy memorable years. I cherish the experiences and life knowledge our patients continue to share with me. It has been my secret sauce for a rewarding career! I consider myself a student of life. I am passionate about wellness, nature, animals and having fun.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington and a background in laboratory sciences. I graduated with my dental hygiene degree at Lake Washington Institute of Technology in 2015. I am truly grateful to be in a position that directly impacts others and helps improve their lives through oral health care. I enjoy getting to know patients and helping to meet their oral health goals!

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Lake Washington Technical Institute in 2019. Working as a dental hygienist has been a fulfilling career! I look forward to meeting new patients and helping them find ways to maintain and improve their oral health!

Favorite things to do: Playing with my nephew, exploring the PNW, supporting local Renton businesses, embroidery, making crafts.
My love for dentistry has been a constant fixture in my life. Even as a young child, my favorite appointment to go to was always the dentist! I love that I can educate our younger patients on better dental habits and to enjoy coming to the dentist, too. Although I have only been in the field for a couple of years, I am excited for my future here at Inspired Dentistry and beyond. My dental career plans consist of applying to hygiene schools this next year and continue my education on oral health care.

I started in the dental field in 2004. I went in with zero experience, but had a ton of excitement for this new adventure for my son and I. I have been very fortunate to have worked in such great offices in my dental career that have taught me everything I know today. I truly love the field of dentistry. I feel very fortunate to be a part of the Inspired Dentistry family!

I first started in dentistry in 2018 at my childhood dental office as their Scheduling Coordinator. I went to Renton Technical College and earned my degree in Administrative Office Management. Prior to my career in dentistry, I was in the beauty industry as a licensed esthetician. I love to help others and care for their needs, making the dental field a great avenue for me. I feel very lucky to be part of the Inspired Dentistry family.

I began my work in the dental field shortly after graduating from UW with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. I jumped in with no prior dental experience and grew to love the industry. I started as a scheduling coordinator, then transitioned to treatment coordinating. I enjoy interacting with our patients and working with them to solve each of their unique cases.

My dental career started as a dental assistant. I moved into the front office team as I enjoy coordinating insurance and treatment plans to best maximize insurance benefits for our patients. My future goals include one more move in the dental practice…to that of a dental hygienist!

I graduated from Bryman College in 1999 with a dental assisting certificate and went back to school in 2011 to further my career as an Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary. I grew up in Washington and take advantage of all the beauty and nature whenever I can. I absolutely love what I do and it is very rewarding to help people improve and maintain their smiles and oral health. I couldn’t ask for a better practice to work.

I graduated from PIMA Medical Institute in 2015. I’ve always wanted to be in the dental field, and know it was the right career for me. I am a Washington native, enjoying everything it has to offer. I love getting to interact with our patients each and every day. I joined Dr. Chen’s team in 2017 and felt like it wasn’t just a team….but a family!

I graduated from Renton Technical College in 2019 with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting and became a Certified Dental Assistant with DANB. My career officially started right out of school in 2019, this is my first dental practice and I’m so blessed for the opportunity to be a part of such a great team!
